How long does it take?
After you have made your gift selection, it usually only takes a
few minutes to get your gift ready. When you visit any of our stores,
we can prepare your gift while you wait. Larger orders will require
more time. Check with your local store. Gifts that require shipping
will be processed the following business day. Shipping time depends
on the destination of the gift. Please check with your local store.
Does the price include shipping?
Shipping charges and tax are not included in the price of the gifts.

Does the price include the
personalization and the box?
Yes! The Connoisseur wine gifts include your personal message on
each bottle label and a gift card, packed in our signature wooden
boxes. The 12-bottle cases come packed in a cardboard case, at no
extra cost, or a distinctive wooden wine rack for an additional
charge.
Can I ship out of state
or out of the country?
Federal law prohibits sending alcohol to certain states. Some restrictions
apply within some state as well. However, we can ship non-alcoholic
beverages throughout the United States. The Connoisseur does not
offer shipping to other countries. See shipping information for
details.
Where does the wine come
from?
Our wine comes from the Napa, Sonoma and Central Coast regions of
California.
Can I make up my own gift
selection?
Yes, you can choose whatever wine you desire and you can choose
the accessories that you want to be in the gift. Let our gift consultants
help you with your selection.
Can I design my own label?
Yes. Some restrictions apply. Call your nearest
store for more information.
How many lines do I get
on the labels for my message?
Usually, there are six lines of message on each label. However,
this differs with some labels, so check with your nearest
store.
