The Connoisseur makes no representation as to the right of anyone to import wine into any state. The buyer is solely responsible
for shipment of wine. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your
order where you want it delivered.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and older. In placing your order, you represent to us that
you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years of age. The person receiving
delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is a least 21 years old.
Gift Delivery:
Non-alcoholic gifts can be shipped anywhere in The United States. Gifts containing alcohol may only be delivered to states where permitted
by law and only when received by a person over 21 years of age. Gifts are delivered by UPS or a comparable service. Overnight and 2nd day
services are available. Shipping and handling are not included in the gift price. Call our gift consultants for specific delivery quotes and
recommendations. You will receive written confirmation of your order.
Substitutions:
The Connoisseur reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the event of a temporary shortage.
Not All Gifts Are Available In All States:
Due to State laws, some products listed on this website cannot be sold in certain states.
